Treasure hunt :

Visiting groups can take part in this fun treasure hunt. Participants - young and old -  will get the opportunity to explore the site's many interesting spots: the first churche's location, the old King's Road, the thematic trail, the gardens and the beach. The ideal end to the visit !

Quiz and snack :

For the less adventurous, why not have a little snack (cookies, juice and coffee) while testing their knowledge of the house's history in a quiz ? Those who paid close attention during the tour may be rewarded !

Educational guide :

Teachers accompanying student groups will leave with educational workbooks for their classes. This activity booklet, elaborated according to the objectives put forth by the Ministry of Education for elementary students, allows children to review the information learned during the visit. It's a fun way to inform students about their ancestors' way of life, and makes a great souvenir.

Ghosts in the museum :

After visiting the site, fifth and sixth grade student groups  can play the online virtual game Des fantômes au Musée created by Québec's Museum of civilisation. The game features three historical houses, including the Vieux presbytère.
